Biotechnology is the field of good job future perspectives. No other country in the world today has the unique set of advantages that India offers for large-scale practice of biotechnology. India is one of the largest bio in the world. Biotechnology is a combination of Biology and Technology and is an applied science.

You can pursue Bioinformatics, which is an application of biotech, an interdisciplinary field which solves biological problems using computational techniques.

It plays a key role in various areas, such as functional genomics, structural genomics, and proteomics.

Another option is Biomedical Engineering, which uses engineering expertise to analyze and solve problems in Biology and Medicine, providing an overall enhancement of healthcare.

An important contribution of biomedical engineering is in the design and development of prosthetic devices which replace or enhance the function of missing, inoperative, natural organs or body parts.

Further Education :

As to do graduation in this branch, students need to have passed their 10+2 with subjects such as physics, maths, biology and chemistry and those who are interested in higher studies can opt for Master of Technology programs.
